Mahastim's organizational structure

At the top of the structure is the Leadership Group, which includes Mr. Shahram Homayoun—the long-time spokesperson of the movement—and several other founding members operating from within Iran.

The movement is organized into seven key departments, all operating under the supervision of the Secretary General, with each department led by its own dedicated secretary. These departments work collaboratively to advance the goals of the movement both inside and outside the country.

1. Communications Department

Responsible for managing internal and external communications, disseminating information, and designing and publishing the movement’s promotional materials.

2. Field Activities Department

Oversees the planning and execution of field operations and civil action campaigns both within Iran and internationally.

3. Membership Department

Focused on recruiting, onboarding, and engaging new members to strengthen the movement’s grassroots base.

4. Association Affairs Department

Establishes official and legal organizational structures to support the movement’s goals in influential countries across the globe.

5. Expertise Department

Provides scientific and strategic solutions to national issues and offers expert guidance to other departments to support informed decision-making.

6. Investment Department

Develops and manages investment initiatives that help fund the movement’s operations and ensure financial sustainability.

7. Organization Department

Designs, implements, and maintains efficient and results-driven structures to advance the mission and strategic vision of the movement.
