We have noticed many times in our daily work activities – and we have also heard from our business partners – how difficult it is to find the right workforce in various fields of work.

The Federal Office of Labor (Bundesanstalt für Arbeit) often cannot offer much help in resolving these problems, and each of you has probably had your own experiences with the relevant offices.

On the other hand, there are people living in our country who, for various reasons, are unable or not allowed to live in their homeland, and yet, with motivation and effort, are seeking to build an independent life in Germany - without the need for government assistance.

For this reason, the non-profit association "We Are e. V." was founded. The aim of this association is to create opportunities for Iranians to integrate in Germany and continue their careers or learn a new one. The association supports Iranians who want to integrate in order to find their place in German society and assists them in the process of integration.

The best way to integrate is to enter the job market. A friendly collaboration, the opportunity to learn, gain professional experience and receive recognition for one's efforts create a good foundation for the future, especially in industries such as handicrafts.
Learning by Doing is an important factor for growth and development – also for learning a new language and connecting with other people.

Part of this association's activities is to connect job seekers with employers who need human resources - in a simple and unbureaucratic way.

This non-profit association is funded solely through donations. Creating connections and bonds between people is one of its main goals.
